Where We Ship

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Cost

FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $40 or more. Orders under $40 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Subscription orders ship on the renewal date.

Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days after processing. We ship via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Address changes are only possible before the order ships — contact support@ilovenaomi.com immediately. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and contact the carrier first. If still missing, email support@ilovenaomi.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will help resolve the issue.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, email support@ilovenaomi.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier takes possession of your package.

Sales Tax

Applicable U.S. state and local sales taxes are calculated at checkout.
