Processing

Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment. You get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times

• United States: 3 to 7 business days after shipping
• Canada: [5 to 10 business days, confirm with carrier]
• Other countries: [not at launch, or 7 to 14 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and start when the order ships. They can stretch during holiday peaks and carrier delays.

Shipping costs

• US orders over $65: free
• US orders under $65: $5.95 flat
• International: shown at checkout

Lost, damaged or returned parcels

If your parcel is lost, arrives damaged or comes back to us, email info@ilovenaomi.de. We file the carrier claim and reship or refund, your choice.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the US may be charged import duties by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.
