Refund policy

30-day wear-it-and-decide guarantee

We want you to open the pens and use them. If you are not happy with how your nails look, email us at info@ilovenaomi.de within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund the purchase price of your set.

• Opened and used products are covered. You do not need to send them back unused.
• The refund goes to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation.
• One guarantee refund per customer. Shipping protection and gift cards are not refundable.

Returns for damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund including shipping. You will not pay return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that the order is already with our fulfillment partner. If it has not shipped yet, contact us and we will try.
