Refund & Subscription Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and subscription cancellations work at Naomi (operated by Scaling Commerce LLC).
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first order, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The guarantee applies to the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The guarantee applies to your first order only. Subsequent orders and subscription renewals are not eligible.
- Bulk orders, sale items, and promotional bundles may be excluded — please refer to the specific terms of any promotion at the time of purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us at support@ilovenaomi.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
- Our team will respond with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the item back following the instructions provided.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
3. Return Requirements
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
- In original condition, unused and unopened where applicable
- All original tags and seals attached
- Original packaging included
- Valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Not soiled, altered, damaged, or tampered with
Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or eligible only for a partial refund at our discretion.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@ilovenaomi.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.
6. Subscription Terms
Naomi subscriptions are recurring monthly orders that automatically renew until canceled.
- Your card will be charged once every 30 days at the subscription price displayed at checkout.
- You will receive an order confirmation before each shipment.
- Subscription prices may change with at least 30 days' advance notice by email.
- By signing up for a subscription, you authorize Scaling Commerce LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
7. Canceling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle, with no penalty and no questions asked.
To cancel:
- Log into your account at www.ilovenaomi.com and manage your subscription in your account settings, or
- Email us at support@ilovenaomi.com with "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line and your order number in the body.
Cancellations submitted before your next renewal date will stop all future charges. Cancellations submitted after the renewal has processed will apply to the following billing cycle — that order will still ship as scheduled.
We do not charge cancellation fees. Cancellation is as easy as signup.
8. Refunds on Subscription Orders
- The first subscription order is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee under Section 1.
- Subsequent recurring orders are non-refundable once they have been processed and shipped.
- If you forget to cancel and are charged for an unwanted renewal, contact us within 48 hours of the charge — we will do our best to cancel and refund the order if it has not yet shipped.
9. Skipping or Pausing a Subscription
You can skip an upcoming shipment or pause your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@ilovenaomi.com. Pausing a subscription does not cancel it — billing will resume when you reactivate.
10. Exclusions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Orders placed more than 30 days before the refund request
- Second and subsequent subscription orders
- Bulk orders and wholesale purchases
- Items purchased on clearance or during specific promotional sales (where stated)
- Items returned without prior contact with customer support
- Items returned in used, damaged, or non-original condition
