By placing an order with Naomi you agree to these terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We may cancel an order if we cannot verify payment, if a listing contained an obvious error, or if we suspect fraud. You will be refunded in full if we cancel.

Prices and promotions

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. Promotions such as "Buy 3, get 2 free" are applied automatically in the cart to eligible items and cannot be combined with other product discounts unless we say so. We can change prices and end promotions at any time, but not for orders already placed.

Returns and guarantee

See our Refund Policy. In short: 30 days from delivery, opened pens included.

Product use

Our nail pens, top coat and lamp are cosmetics and devices for external use only. Keep away from children. Do not use on broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Use the UV lamp as described in the instructions and do not look into the light. Wear time depends on application, nail preparation and daily habits; results vary.

Intellectual property

All content on this site belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
