Purchase Options

You can buy Naomi products in two ways:

One-Time Purchase

  • Single order, charged once at checkout.
  • No recurring charges, no commitment.
  • Eligible for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first order.

Monthly Subscription

  • Automatically renews every 30 days at the subscription price displayed at checkout.
  • Save money compared to one-time pricing.
  • Free to cancel, skip, or pause at any time.
  • First subscription order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

Subscription Billing

  • Your card is charged once every 30 days starting on the date you place your first subscription order.
  • Each renewal ships automatically.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email before each shipment.
  • Prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees and no questions asked.

Option 1 — Self-Service (Fastest): Log in to your account at www.ilovenaomi.com → "My Account" → "Manage Subscription" → "Cancel Subscription."

Option 2 — Email Us: Send an email to support@ilovenaomi.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include your order number. We will process the cancellation within 1–2 business days and send a confirmation email.

Cancellation cutoff: Cancellations submitted before your next renewal date stop all future charges. Cancellations submitted after the renewal has already processed will apply to the next billing cycle — that current order will still ship.

Cancellation is as easy as signup. We do not require phone calls, retention offers, or multi-step processes.

How to Skip or Pause

You can also skip the next shipment or pause your subscription without canceling:

Pausing does not cancel your subscription — billing resumes when you reactivate.

Price Changes

Subscription prices may change. If they do, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You can cancel at any time before the new price applies.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Subscription Policy. In short:

  • First order: Full money-back guarantee within 30 days.
  • Recurring orders: Non-refundable once processed and shipped.
  • Forgot to cancel? Email us within 48 hours of the charge — if the order hasn't shipped, we'll do our best to cancel and refund it.
